"My personal experience is that I like the Brine the best. The first time I took it, I felt this warmth all the way through my body and my cheeks were rosy, a sign for me that energy is moving. I had a really great nap after. I started taking it every day. Another time, my son was getting a cold, so I gave him some of the Brine, twice that same day, and in the afternoon he told me his cold had cleared up.
